Job Description :

  1. Prepares, measures and bakes ingredients used in baking. Knowledgeable and skilled in sheeting, cutting, proofing and baking croissants.

  2. Finishes, fills and decorates baked goods to produce visually appealing pastries for display and presentation.

  3. Ensures that all baked goods meet quality standards in terms of taste, texture, weight and appearance.

  4. Manages the inventory of baking ingredients and supplies. Orders and restock ingredients as needed to ensure smooth production.

  5. Maintains a clean and organized work environment. Follows all health and safety hygiene standards. Cleans and sanitizes all baking equipment, tools and work areas.

  6. Assists in menu development together with the Pastry Chef.

Qualifications:

  • Graduates / undergraduates of Hotel and Restaurant Management, Baking and Pastry Arts or its equivalent

  • Minimum of 5 Years Experience as a Baker

  • Strong experience in CROISSANT and PUFF PASTRY production.

  • Knows how to operate baking equipment used in pastry production.

  • Willing to work in Makati

  • Can start ASAP
