Monitor ingredient stock levels and inform the kitchen supervisor or chef for timely replenishment.

Follow portion control and minimize food wastage.

4. Food Safety & Hygiene

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery area at all times.

Adhere to hotel and local health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Store ingredients properly and check expiration dates to ensure product quality.

5. Teamwork & Coordination

Work closely with the pastry chef, kitchen staff, and service team to meet production schedules.

Support banquet and catering operations with timely preparation of baked goods.

Assist in training and guiding junior staff or trainees when required.

6. Guest Focus

Ensure baked items are served fresh and visually appealing for guest satisfaction

Accommodate special guest requests such as dietary needs, allergies, or customized orders when possible.
