Qualifications:

  • Keen attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively

  • Passion in delivering outstanding customer service

  • Computer literacy and familiarity with customer service software

Responsibilities:

  • Backend Support: Providing exceptional backend support

  • Customer Relationship Management: Handling customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and electronic communications

  • Order Processing: Processing customer orders efficiently

  • Order Notification: Expediting orders and keeping customers updated on shipments

  • Order Management: Managing open orders and ensuring they meet customer requirements

  • Customer Assistance: Advising customers on upcoming schedules, shipments, and discrepancies

  • Follow-up: Following up on critical orders to guarantee on-time delivery

  • Samples: Handling of sample requests

  • Logistics: Coordinating with customer and Logistic Department for shipping

  • Administration: Maintaining general filing systems

  • Feedback: Contributing to scorecard management (as required)
