Job Summary:

This position is responsible for managing day-to-day customer service operations, including order fulfillment, handling customer inquiries, and resolving complaints related to product delivery. The role ensures that services consistently meet customer satisfaction standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and enter orders into the system, ensuring accurate billing in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Monitor orders and shipments to prevent issues such as credit blocks or delays in goods delivery.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure accurate delivery of domestic orders from local warehouses.
  • Prepare and provide necessary documents for export or international shipments, such as L/Cs and shipping documents, ensuring proper order and shipment release.
  • Provide customers with timely updates on order and shipment status.
  • Perform basic customer service tasks, including invoice preparation and general support.

Qualifications / Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year of solid customer service experience, or
  • Relevant experience in logistics, purchasing, or customer order management.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to follow business and company guidelines.

Other Details:

Contract Duration : December 09, 2025 – April 30, 2026

Schedule : Monday to Friday; 3 days in the office

: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
