Overview: We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Coordinator with an engineering background to oversee and handle a construction project in Malolos. The initial focus will be on the development of a garage of a building. The ideal candidate must possess knowledge of construction processes, experience in managing projects, and the ability to handle permits with barangays and city halls efficiently.

Job Description:

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of the construction project, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Oversee site operations, including workforce management, materials, and safety compliance.
  • Liaise with local barangay and city hall authorities to secure necessary permits and clearances.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
  • Monitor progress and address issues to avoid delays and budget overruns.
  • Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Civil Engineering preferred) or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of local building codes and safety regulations.
  • With hands-on experience with processing permits with barangays and city halls.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams and external authorities.
  • Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
