
Channel Marketing Officer

Job Description
- Plan and execute trade marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and sales in retail channels.
- Develop and implement trade promotions and in-store activities aligned with brand objectives.
- Coordinate with sales and brand teams to ensure successful rollout.
- Work closely with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers to optimize product availability and placement.
- Monitor channel performance and suggest improvement plans.
- Conduct trade visits and gather market insights, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Prepare regular reports on trade marketing performance and ROI.
- Collaborate with Sales, Brand, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless execution of trade plans.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in trade marketing, brand marketing, or sales, preferably in FMCG, retail, or consumer goods.
- Strong understanding of channel dynamics, shopper behavior, and market trends.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); knowledge of data analytics tools is a plus.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Willing to travel for fieldwork or trade visits when needed.
