Our Warehouse Admin (Marketing-Contractual) ensure that all requests from and deliverables for multiple stakeholders and clients are met on a timely and efficient manner.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provides product / services information, answers queries, and resolves any emerging problems with accuracy and efficiency.
- Identifies and assesses customer needs.
- Builds sustainable relationships and trust with internal client accounts.
- Provides accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Handles internal client complaints, provides appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limit/s; follows up to ensure resolution.
- Adheres to communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Maintains records of internal client interactions, processes internal client accounts and file documents.
- Performs other tasks assigned by their immediate supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in any business/office management related course
- Has 2-3 years of work experience as customer support/client service representative
- Working knowledge on MS Office applications
- Has strong multitasking and time management skills
- Willing to work on a 6-day work week, can report during holidays and render overtime when needed, and be on a shifting schedule when needed.
- Willing to be assigned at our Head Office located at Manta Building Arca South, Taguig
