Meeting Targets and Maintaining Epidemic Control (EpiC) project in the Philippines is a multi-year global project funded by the U.S. President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) and the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID). Aligned with global GHS and USAID priorities, the EpiC GHS Project aims to support the national multisectoral platforms such as the Philippine Inter-agency Committee on Zoonosis (PhilCZ) and Inter-Agency Committee on Antimicrobial Resistance (ICAMR) in enhancing the capacity of various sectors working on human health, animal health, environmental health, and other relevant fields to strengthen health and surveillance systems for zoonotic diseases, pathogens, and AMR.
