Join our international principal as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and take the lead in shaping its financial strategy, governance, and long-term success.

This executive role will lead the Finance Department and drive the company's financial strategy, governance, and long-term success. Reporting directly to the Board and working closely with senior leadership, the CFO will oversee all aspects of financial management, compliance, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead financial governance, corporate compliance, and risk management.
  • Drive strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes aligned with company goals.
  • Provide financial analysis, insights, and advice to the Board and Management Team to support decision-making.
  • Oversee statutory accounts, reporting, and external audit requirements.
  • Manage funding, cash flow, invoicing, and debtor management.
  • Strengthen internal controls, financial systems, and reporting processes for efficiency and transparency.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and senior management to deliver business-critical projects and growth initiatives.
  • Lead and develop the Finance Team, fostering a high-performance, values-driven culture.
  • Represent the company with external stakeholders including auditors, regulators, banks, and shareholders.

Skills and Qualifications

  • CPA (Certified Public Accountant or Certified Practising Accountant), CA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification (mandatory).
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (postgraduate qualifications such as MBA or Law highly regarded).
  • 10+ years of senior finance leadership experience, including proven CFO-level responsibility.
  • Demonstrated track record in financial governance, compliance, and strategic leadership.
  • Strong people leadership skills with the ability to inspire and align teams to organizational goals.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage at Board level.
