What is the job?

The ERP Project Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of Acumatica ERP implementation projects. The role works closely with the Project Manager to monitor timelines, support cross-functional teams, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing Acumatica ERP implementation projects.
  • Support the Project Manager with scheduling, documentation, communication, and status reporting.
  • Track project deliverables, update timelines, and maintain dashboards.
  • Serve as a secondary client point of contact and escalate project risks as necessary.
  • Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality assurance checks.
  • Participate in post-implementation reviews and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field, with 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or junior project management.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) and ERP systems (Acumatica, SAP, Oracle, or similar is a plus).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project tracking tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English for effective collaboration with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrates professionalism, a customer-focused mindset, and maintains high client satisfaction scores with a stable employment history.
