Job Summary:

Responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction activities across multiple project sites to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion. Acts as the main link between the site, the main office, and stakeholders including management, suppliers, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day construction operations across assigned project sites.
  • Travel between different sites to monitor progress, manpower, and compliance with plans and specifications.
  • Coordinate with the main office regarding project requirements, schedules, and reports.
  • Communicate with construction management teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Monitor delivery schedules of materials and equipment; follow up with suppliers to prevent delays.
  • Ensure that all work complies with safety regulations, quality standards, and project timelines.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports, incident reports, and site documentation as required.
  • Resolve on-site issues and escalate concerns to management when necessary.
  • Oversee subcontractor work and verify completion according to contract terms.
  • Support project budgeting by monitoring usage of resources and preventing wastage.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • At least 3-5 years experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and project management principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with various stakeholders.
  • Willing to travel to multiple sites and adapt to different work environments.
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of project management tools is an advantage.
  • Possesses a valid driver's license (motorcycle and/or 4-wheel vehicle is a plus).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php27, Php30,000.00 per month
