Role Description:

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring corporate-level projects to ensure alignment with strategic goals and timely execution. The role involves collaborating with various departments, managing resources, tracking project milestones, and reporting progress to leadership. The Project Officer supports initiatives that drive organizational growth, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration.

Duties and Responsibilities:

● Assist in the planning and execution of corporate projects from initiation to closure.

● Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.

● Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including timelines, reports, and meeting minutes.

● Monitor project progress, track milestones, and update project trackers and dashboards.

● Identify project risks and issues, and support mitigation strategies in collaboration with stakeholders.

● Support in the preparation of business cases, proposals, and presentations for senior management.

● Facilitate meetings, workshops, and regular updates with project teams and stakeholders.

● Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and project governance frameworks.

● Provide administrative and logistical support to ensure smooth project operations.

● Assist in evaluating project outcomes and conducting post-implementation reviews.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.

● –4 years of experience in project coordination, business operations, or related roles.

● Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

● Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

● Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
