Position Summary:
The Project Engineer plays a key role in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction and engineering projects. This position ensures that technical aspects of the project are executed accurately and efficiently, within established timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The Project Engineer works closely with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety regulations, and contractual obligations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of project plans, drawings, and technical documentation.
- Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and other project documents.
- Monitor construction progress and ensure that work is executed in accordance with approved plans and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and site personnel to ensure seamless execution.
- Support project scheduling and budgeting by providing technical inputs and tracking resource use.
- Perform site inspections and ensure adherence to safety regulations and project specifications.
- Identify and resolve technical issues that arise during project implementation.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on project status, including progress updates and technical challenges.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Attend project meetings and contribute to problem-solving and decision-making processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in construction or infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, Primavera).
- Strong understanding of construction processes, engineering principles, and project documentation.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and under pressure.
- Professional license (e.g., Civil Engineer License) is an advantage.

Qualifications:
