ABOUT YOU:
Our Project Coordinators manage project momentum, client expectations, and all client communication throughout the website build process. They educate clients on platform capabilities/limitations, ensure all stakeholders understand what constitutes clean design, make small website edits on the fly, pass major edits to the implementation team, and provide troubleshooting assistance as needed.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate degree plus relevant experience considered.
- Minimum of Associate degree or 2 years of project management related work experience.
- Guide all assigned clients through an initial phone call to pinpoint their website goals and act as the primary point of contact thereafter.
- Strive to preserve our basic website standards by steering clients toward clean, easy-to-manage design solutions.
- Proactively track project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement solutions to maintain momentum.
- Ensure all project tasks are completed accurately, on time, and within scope.
- Develop and manage project timelines, milestones, deliverables and ensure these are all documented in the project.
- Can utilize the features and benefits of our products to entice our clients to attend calls, complete their action items and to launch their site early.
- Can effectively engage clients, understand their business pain points and use our systems, services and processes to keep them happy.
- Assist with client-requested website changes within our admin panel and "drag-and-drop" website builder.
- Ensure projects maintain momentum by requesting information and files from clients, scheduling follow-ups, overseeing the timeliness of all relevant tasks assigned to the website design team, and assisting with any questions that arise.
- Perform all duties in an organized, accurate, and timely manner.
- Work closely with the production, sales, support, and development teams to provide clients with outstanding products and customer service.
- Train clients on admin panel features in order for them to successfully make minor website changes on their own.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues as needed for internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee QA processes to ensure websites meet functionality, content, and design standards before launch.
Stay up to date on current production practices and platform capabilities.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate degree plus relevant experience considered.
- Minimum of Associate degree or 2 years of project management related work experience.
- Proven ability to learn quickly and utilize new software as well as internal processes.
- Basic understanding of what constitutes clean website construction.
- Excellent organizational, multi-tasking skills with a strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects at the same time.
- Effective time management to include establishing priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong oral and written communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues timely and accurately.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Continuously takes initiative to improve knowledge/skills and make processes more efficient.
- Ability to effectively work as a team player.
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage client expectations while advocating for scalable and sustainable solutions.
- Prior experience with Jira and/or design programs a plus.
TRAVEL:
- None, outside of commute to office (Work from Home and Hybrid Work Setup - 2 times a week in the office)
