Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in project coordination, site supervision, or related fields.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to supervise and motivate teams.
  • Basic understanding of basic construction or installation processes.
  • Proficient in reporting and documentation tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support the installation team during the backwall elements deployment at each store.
  • Monitor daily progress against set output targets, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Coordinate with store management, installation teams, suppliers, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Track and report project progress, issues, and risks regularly to management.
  • Conduct site inspections to verify quality standards and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Facilitate communication among team members to ensure clear understanding of tasks and responsibilities.
  • Assist in planning and deploying resources effectively to meet project deadlines.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of installation activities, progress reports, and incident logs.
  • Identify potential challenges or delays and implement corrective actions proactively.
  • Support overall project goals by ensuring installation quality, safety, and efficiency.
