As we continue to scale globally, we're looking for a Senior Executive Assistant to support our U.S.-based CEO — someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at managing competing priorities, and is eager to play a strategic role in helping shape the company's success.


What You'll Do

In this senior-level role, you'll be more than an assistant — you'll be a strategic partner to the CEO.

  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel across global time zones
  • Support strategic planning, leadership initiatives, and key projects
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and executive communications
  • Coordinate across departments and ensure priorities stay on track
  • Handle confidential information and executive correspondence with discretion
  • Drive efficiency through technology and process improvements using tools like Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and Asana

What You'll Bring
  • 7+ years of experience supporting C-level executives, ideally in an IT, MSP, or technology company
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 and collaboration platforms
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and strategic awareness
  • Comfortable working night shift (U.S. hours) in a hybrid environment
