Job Summary:
The Chef is responsible for preparing and cooking food, managing the kitchen, and ensuring high-quality meals are served. They oversee kitchen staff, maintain cleanliness, and ensure compliance with food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook dishes according to the menu.
- Supervise kitchen staff and delegate tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are followed.
- Minimize food waste and control costs.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Chef or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
Job Type: Full-time
