· Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, in Psychology, Human Resources Management or Other related 4 years course
· At least 6 months of working experiences in the recruitment and employee/labor relation.
· Knowledgeable in MS Office application.
· Prepares and monitors daily attendance report of all employees.
· Prepare semi-monthly time charges report of all employees.
· Prepares and Serving Infraction and Disciplinary Action of all employees.
· Monitors and create certificate for Monthly perfect attendance.
· Prepares SSS/EC Notification as well as Maternity leave of employees.
· In-charge in recruitment process such as initial interview and pre- employment exam.
· Encodes 201 files.
