What You'll Do:

  • Be the face of the resort—welcome guests, handle reservations, and ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs
  • Oversee daily resort operations: from room inspections to pool upkeep, laundry, and ensuring our facilities are guest-ready
  • Safeguard resort assets, manage suppliers, and support management in running the property efficiently
  • Assist in admin and documentation tasks (permits, inventory, reporting)
  • Transition into an HR Officer role: support recruitment, manage staff records, and help lead a growing team
  • Supervise resort staff and operations, ensuring quality, service, and guest satisfaction at every level
