About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced HROD and Admin Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Human Resources department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and hold accountable the entire HR Team
- Establish, implement & develop HR structures that will increase operational quality and efficiency.
- Acts as a change agent to cultivate a strong workplace culture and to build a learning organization.
- Assist CEO in developing a strong leadership team and act as a strategic partner to support individual teams achieve their business objectives.
- Improve employer branding and acquire, manage and develop new talent.
- Design and implement OD initiatives, including performance management systems, succession planning, career pathing, and organizational assessments.
- Facilitate team development and alignment through strategic interventions, workshops, and capability-building programs.
- Analyze organizational needs and recommend structures or processes that enhance employee engagement, productivity, and retention.
- Lead change management efforts and support cross-functional transformation projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business, or equivalent
- At least 10 years of experience in various HR functions, managerial experience is preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in Organization Development
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Data driven, analytical, and strong people skills
- Willing to work onsite once a week at West Avenue, Quezon City.
