RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Receiving queries and documents for review from other departments
  • File keeping of cases, forms, reviewed documents, etc.
  • Monitoring of case statuses
  • Drafting pro-forma documents
  • Performance of legal research
  • Creation of legal forms
  • Scheduling/attendance of meetings
  • Facilitate IPO matters/trademarks
  • Handle small claims cases - preparation of pleadings and attendance of hearings and coordination with the branch concerned
  • Attendance of HROD admin hearings
  • Coordinate other cases with external counsel
  • Attendance of run-of-the-mill hearings for barangay, NLRC, etc.
  • Liaising with government agencies, possibly securing permits for legal compliance
  • Liquidation of expenses
  • Sending and preparation of business letters with PhilPost/LBC
  • Messengerial works
  • Administrative requirements in support of Legal

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of Legal Management, Political Science, and other related courses
  • Knowledgeable in drafting and reviewing contracts of varying degree
  • Preferably minimum of 3 years experience in a general practice law firm
  • Willing to work on site and do field work when necessary
