- Third-Party Service Provider Management - Assist HROD team in assessing staffing partners and sever or renew contracts with those that measure up to the set service standards.
- Outsourced Staff Incident Report Resolution & Discipline - Assist in ensuring timely resolution and/or issuance of documented responses to all Incident Reports for outsourced staff.
- Talent Acquisition and Placement:
-Talent Sourcing and Screening
-Applicant Interview Scheduling
-Applicant Background Investigation
- Employee Engagement - Assist HROD team in ensuring a productive work environment by maintaining favorable employee engagement.
• Administer pre-employment requirements and ATM application. - Prepare 201 files of new hires.
- Maintain and update the employee records in 201 files.
- Arrange company ID for new hires. Attend to employee's concern.
- Perform other related tasks from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent.
With at least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Candidates must be willing to work on-site in Bagumbayan, Quezon City.
For full-time employment.
