About the role

The Business Development and Marketing Executive plays an important role in supporting the continued success of Bravesheep in connecting great businesses with great talent by identifying prospects, generating and nurtutring client leads while also supporting marketing initiatives across relevant platforms and channels. Suitable for an experienced professional, this role blends structured prospecting and outreach wirth tactical marketing responsibilities. These responsibilities include:

  • Identify and research target clients and decision-makers in relevant market niches (e.g. accounting, business services, migration, etc.)
  • Develop and maintain the CRM implementation (HubSpot)
  • Develop and maintain lead lists and data integrity using relevant tools (LinkedIn, LI Sales Navigator, etc.)
  • Execute structured outreach campaigns across multiple channels (e.g. LinkedIn, email, etc.)
  • Send personalisesd connection requests, outreach and nuture comms across relevant channels/platforms.
  • Qualify leads, schedule and participate in discovery calls.
  • Track, update and maintain lead data in the CRM (HubSpot)
  • Provide weekly reports on outreach and campaign performance.
  • Draft and schedule marketing content across relevant channels (e.g. email, socials, etc.) and manage audience engagement and grow the company's channel presence (e.g. LinkedIn company page).

Collect, generate and repurpose success stories and client/candidate testimonials and other short-form content.

Generate and manage a basic content calendar for approval.

Produce simple graphics and other marketing materials and templates using relevant tools (e.g. Canva) for posting via appropriate channels.

About You

To be successful in this role you will believe in our values, have an energetic and can-do attitude and you will have:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications (Business, Commerce, Management, Marketing or a related field).
  • A Minimum of 3 years' experience in similar B2B business development/sales/marketing roles
  • Outstanding English communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Familiarity with relevant tools and software (e.g. LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRMs (preferrably HubSpot), Canva, Outlook, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles is highly regarded (but not essential)
  • A demonstrated commitment to customer service and continuous improvement.
