Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to handle a high volume of inbound calls (around 100 per day). The ideal candidate will have strong experience in customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to remain professional and composed under pressure.

Job Highlights

Monthly Rate: Php 30,000-36,000

Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 37.5 hours

Schedule: To be confirmed

Work Arrangement: Work from home

Contract: Independent Contractor

Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an "Independent Contractor," the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.

Responsibilities

  • Act as Inbound Call Center Agent for buildings to log package deliveries, let couriers into the building remotely, and ensure packages are placed in the designated area.
  • De-escalate situations with upset customers who are locked out of their apartments.
  • Engage with customers to understand and address their needs, complaints, or issues with products or services.
  • Confirm or clarify information and diffuse angry clients, as needed.
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain high levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude in a high-volume production environment.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a call center environment handling at least 100 calls per day.
  • 4+ years of experience managing high-profile voice accounts (MUST).
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment.
  • Proficiency in conversational and written English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, multitasking abilities, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, think quickly, and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Coachable, punctual, assertive, and diligent.
