ROLE SUMMARY

Our client is looking for a Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to their clients across multiple channels while supporting key marketing initiatives. This role combines operational customer care duties with marketing-related tasks, including assisting with e-commerce campaigns, client communications, and digital engagement. The position requires accuracy, efficiency, and a strong understanding of luxury service standards to reflect the company's brand.

WORK SCHEDULE: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Australian Eastern Standard Time (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Philippine Standard Time), follows Philippine holidays

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Perform the following tasks related to customer care and client management:
  • Respond to client enquiries across email, phone, and social channels in line with the company's luxury service standards
  • Manage daily live chat conversations with online platform clients, upholding the company's standards
  • Reply to socials, i.e. Google reviews
  • Monitor and manage the customer care and information inbox, and handle all communication promptly
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client concerns requiring escalation, consulting with boutique staff and the retail operations team to ensure timely resolution
  • Keep the retail operations team informed of complex enquiries, client concerns, and trends
  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and update relevant stakeholders on outcomes
  • Consult with boutique staff and relevant stakeholders to provide accurate information on products, pricing, stock availability, deliveries, returns, and warranties

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in a similar position within a related industry
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel, and proficiency in merchandise or ERP systems
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail, particularly in data entry
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to liaise across teams
  • Resilient and with the ability to give and receive constructive feedback
  • Ability to build trust, influence, and coach at all levels
