About the Role

Expansion International is hiring an Admin Assistant to support the Real Estate team of our UK-based client. You will assist fee earners across all stages of property transactions, ensuring smooth processes from file opening to post-completion while delivering outstanding client service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and draft legal documents, including contracts, transfer deeds, and completion statements.
  • Maintain accurate digital and physical files, manage diaries, and handle file archiving.
  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and solicitors to progress matters.
  • Order and review pre-completion searches, escalating issues as required.
  • Type correspondence accurately from digital dictation.
  • Manage case progress and client data in the case management system.
  • Support fee earners in residential and commercial transactions.
  • Handle general administrative duties including scheduling, ID checks, and billing support.

Skills & Experience

  • 1–2 years' legal support experience, ideally in conveyancing or property law.
  • Excellent communication and typing skills (digital dictation experience preferred).
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems.
  • Confidence in dealing with clients and third parties.
