Our real estate acquisition company is looking for a true leader with an absolute minimum of 2-3 years experience managing a large real estate acquisition call center. Please do not apply if you dont have this level of experience.

The right person for this job should have very little to no accent, be very good on the phones converting leads, know real estate CRMs and really know how to lead a team through a culture of hard work and success.

As a Lead Manager at Carolina Real Estate Experts you will be the driving force behind the success of our Appointment Setting team. You'll be responsible for overseeing operations, listening to inbound calls, coaching on those calls, empowering the team, and implementing strategies that contribute directly to the company's growth and profitability. This role demands a blend of strategic vision, hands-on leadership, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide strong leadership and guidance to the Appointment Setting team, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement and optimize team performance.
  • Effectively allocate resources, manage budgets, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company-wide objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing challenges to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3+ years of experience in a leadership role and demonstrating a track record of success.
  • Excellent scripting and phone skills handling objections.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of strategic planning, project management, and performance analysis.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
