Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and coachable Real Estate Cold Caller to join our team. This role involves engaging with potential clients over the phone, setting appointments, and supporting our consulting operations. The ideal candidate will have sales experience, a background in acting or voice work, and a neutral or native English accent. If you are detail-oriented, adaptable, and ready to learn, this position offers flexible hours and training to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls for 2 hours daily (Monday to Friday, 4 PM to 6 PM Chicago Time).
  • Use provided scripts to engage with potential clients, generate leads, and set appointments.
  • Email clients promptly when a lead or appointment is generated.
  • Maintain detailed and proficient notes on client interactions.
  • Log all sales numbers accurately and consistently.
  • Participate in a weekly coaching call to refine skills and improve performance.
Training and Shadowing
  • Training: Two 1-hour sessions (2 hours total).
  • Shadowing: Observe and learn through 2 hours of live interaction with the team.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Admin Work: Assist with HVY Consulting administrative or office tasks as needed, especially if based in Manila.

  • Native or neutral English accent with no foreign intonation.
  • Background in Theatre Arts, Acting, or Voice Over work (preferred).
  • Proven sales experience with excellent communication skills.
  • Coachable and eager to learn new skills.
