Job Opportunity: Real Estate Support Assistant

We are seeking a proactive Executive Administrative Virtual Assistant with real estate experience to provide vital back-office support and client communication. This role involves providing executive-level administrative support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, communicates exceptionally well, and can manage tasks independently in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for managing emails and client communications professionally, handling follow-ups with clients, agents, and vendors, maintaining and updating the CRM system, assisting with scheduling, document management, and task tracking, coordinating tasks between the real estate team and external partners, and contributing to marketing tasks as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong written and spoken English – clear, confident, and professional
  • Experienced in the real estate industry – understands terminology, timelines, and client expectations
  • Keen to using AI tools
  • Proficient with CRMs – experience with Follow-Up Boss is a plus but not required
