- Manage job postings on JobStreet, Indeed, Facebook, and other platforms
- Monitor applications and maintain candidate database
- Conduct initial screening based on basic requirements (experience, availability, documents)
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with department heads
- Send official interview, offer, and rejection templates
- Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documents
Final hiring decisions are NOT part of this role.
2. Onboarding & New Hire Process Management
- Manage onboarding checklist for all new hires
- Distribute company policies, rules, and manuals
- Coordinate training schedules with department managers
- Track 30 / 60 / 90-day onboarding milestones
HR Admin does not conduct job training.
3. Performance Contract & KPI Administration
- Monitor 90-Day Performance Contract timelines
- Distribute KPI scorecards to departments
- Ensure KPI scores are submitted on time
- Compile performance results using predefined scoring systems
- Prepare lists for contract continuation or automatic termination based on results
4. Performance Evaluation Administration
- Manage monthly evaluation schedules
- Maintain evaluation templates and criteria
- Record and organize performance data
- Support termination or renewal processes based on fixed standards
HR Admin records and executes processes; evaluation judgment remains with the system.
5. Employee Benefits & Policy Administration
- Organize and document company benefits
- Maintain compliance with Philippine labor standards
- Update benefits based on tenure, role, and performance eligibility
- Communicate policy updates to employees
- Maintain latest versions of HR policies and documents
6. Operations Documentation Support
- Manage company-wide SOP and manual templates
- Track submission and updates of department manuals
- Maintain version control and accessibility of documents
Content creation belongs to departments; structure and control belong to HR Admin.
7. HR Data & Reporting
- Maintain employee headcount records
- Track hiring, attrition, and turnover data
- Monitor 90-day retention rates
- Prepare regular HR reports using metrics and data (not opinions)
