About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join our team at Far Eastern University (FEU) in Sampaloc, Manila. This is a full-time position, based on-site in Sampaloc, Manila.

What you'll be doing

  • Process student refunds
  • Post credit memos and other adjustments to students' account balances
  • Assist in the preparation of accounting schedules and analysis
  • Prepare sales invoice and statements of account
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders, addressing their financial inquiries and concerns
  • Respond to student account-related inquiries

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • 1 year of experience (not limited to Accounts receivable and Accounts Payable); preferably
  • Fresh Graduates are also welcome to apply
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Clear and concise written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
