JOB DESCRIPTION
Supports the accounting department by performing accounting tasks such as data entry, processing of invoices and managing account payables.
Preparation of Disbursement Voucher / Payables
· Preparedness of voucher upon receipt of invoice/ receipts.
· Familiarization of the cut-off and due dates of utilities
· Can distinguish internal and external payables
· Accuracy of journal entries on all payables
· No invoice/receipts left unvouchered every Friday
· Daily recording of invoices and receipt in Quickbooks upon receipt
· Ensured that all bills in QuickBooks are monitored
· Make 2307 of supplier every transaction with EWT
· Adjusting of entries if needed
Processing of Business Permit
· Assist the operations/ branches quarterly in the business permit assessment before due date
· Assist the operations/ branches annually in the business permit processing
· Assist the operations/branches in the RPT quarterly before due date
Record Keeping and Petty cash voucher
· Submission of PCF liquidation
· Filing is done weekly or possible upon receipt of returned documents/ files.
· Other tasks that can be assigned from time to time
JOB QUALIFICATION:
· Graduate of BS Accountancy
· At least 6mos - 1 year of working experience as an Accounting Assistant, Staff, Clerk, or, equivalent
· Knowledgeable in all facets of Accounting (General Accounting) is an advantage
· Has the ability to accomplish tasks with efficiency under less supervision and prioritize workload in order to meet deadlines
· Adept in MS Excel and knowledgeable in Quickbooks
· Good analytical skills and detail oriented
· Good written and verbal communication skills
