About the Role

We are seeking an Accounting Assistant or Manager to join our team at Knoll Ridges Consultancy, Inc. in Metro Manila. This is a full-time position responsible for providing support to the Accounting department. You will work closely with the Accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial records and reporting.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Prepare and process accounts payable and receivable transactions
  • Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts on a regular basis
  • Assist with the preparation of financial statements and other reports
  • Provide administrative support to the Accounting team as needed
  • Maintain electronic and physical filing systems for accounting records
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to answer queries and resolve issues
  • Compliance with accounting principles (SEC, BIR, PFRS)

What We're Looking For

  • Relevant Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting for Managerial position, and for assistant any related course
  • For managerial position, license is an advantage but not a must
  • 3-5 years of experience in an accounting or any related work experience
  • For assistant role, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and best practices
