About the role

TEVIANT', a leading beauty and cosmetics retailer, is seeking a dedicated and passionate Beauty Advisor to join our team. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and tailored beauty recommendations to our valued clients. This full-time role is based in our San Juan City, Metro Manila store, where you will be an integral part of delivering an outstanding shopping experience.

What you'll be doing

  • Engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner, understanding their unique beauty needs and preferences
  • Demonstrate and educate customers on the features and benefits of our wide range of cosmetic, skincare, and fragrance products
  • Assist customers with product selection, provide personalised beauty advice, and guide them through the purchasing process
  • Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing store environment, ensuring product displays are neat and tidy
  • Actively participate in product training sessions to expand your knowledge and keep up with the latest industry trends
  • Contribute to the overall success of the store by achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the beauty or retail industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide exceptional service
  • Passion for beauty, skincare, and cosmetic products, with the ability to provide knowledgeable and tailored recommendations
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism
  • Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to the overall success of the store
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the willingness to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends
