Overview AMOREPACIFIC Mandaluyong, National Capital Region, Philippines. This is a full-time on-site Training and Sales Operations role located in Metro Manila at AMOREPACIFIC PHILIPPINES, INC under the Innisfree Brand / Team. The Sales and Training professional will be responsible for managing, leading, and training the sales team in stores and will serve as a key liaison between the field team and office team. Main Roles and Responsibilities Training Strategy and Execution: Set objectives and develop annual training plans, including training programs, training strategy for the year, annual training plan, and performance measures of the training. Partner with Innisfree headquarter to develop and customize training material and programs for Innisfree Philippines. Serve as the hiring manager for all field employees in Innisfree Philippines to ensure full staffing and preparedness prior to store openings and to replace open positions at stores. Lead onboarding of field employees, train them about brands and products, sales skills, and store management; coordinate with sales, marketing, and HQ for successful new product launch programs. Create, develop, and execute the coaching strategy and training calendar to enable stakeholders to achieve daily/monthly/yearly goals in classroom and in-store settings. Manage training setup, materials, collaterals, and product inventory; ensure upkeep and maintenance. Maintain staff grooming, selling skills, customer service, motivation, grievance handling, and discipline; monitor productivity and strengthen selling skills and product knowledge. Oversee store operations structures, ensure the sales team has necessary resources, and evaluate sales performance of Beauty Advisors using established KPIs with coaching and training as needed. Collaborate with marketing to achieve sales objectives and formulate sales policies and store procedures for optimal team performance and compliance. Address and document issues within Sales-support; implement strategic sales plans to meet corporate goals and drive new business; direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations in the defined region. Monitor competitive activities and conceptualize/implement sales promotion strategies. Others Perform any other duties assigned by Team Leader/Brand General Manager. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree from a college/university, preferably in Marketing, Communication or Business At least 2 years of experience in the related field Preferably with training background With passion for makeup and strong interest in Innisfree products Understanding of industry, competitor brands and treatments, trends, and changing customer behavior Experience in the beauty or personal care industry is a plus Skill Sets Excellent technical training delivery, presentation, and group facilitation skills with a solid understanding of learning styles Ability to write curriculum, training modules and presentations for delivery by sales teams using computers and productivity software Strong project management and relationship management skills to influence store managers and stakeholders Strong communication, organization, time management, and budget management skills Strong problem-solving skills to resolve client issues effectively Willingness to learn key information and characteristics of existing and new products Maintain a professional appearance and serve as a prominent face of the brand Willingness to work a flexible schedule and travel locally, with occasional overnight travel to meet trainees Leadership and mentoring skills Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Human Resources Industries Personal Care Product Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
