About the Role:The ABA Intake Coordinator is the first point of contact for families seeking Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy for Autism care. This role ensures a warm, professional, and efficient intake experience by conducting screenings, gathering information, and coordinating with internal teams to transition families smoothly into the care process.

Key Responsibilities:- Outreach & Screening:
- Contact new inquiries promptly and conduct intake screenings.
- Collect required information and assess eligibility.
- Provide compassionate, supportive communication to families.
- Lead Management & Documentation:
- Accurately record intake data in Salesforce (or similar CRM).
- Convert qualified leads and close out ineligible or unresponsive cases.
- Conversion & Follow-Up:
- Re-engage paused or unresponsive families to improve conversions.
- Provide after-hours or weekend coverage as needed.
- Collaboration & Quality Assurance:
- Follow standard procedures, scripts, and quality guidelines.
- Coordinate with intake, clinical, and RCM teams for seamless transitions.
- Participate in ongoing training and improvement initiatives.
- Prior experience in Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy for Autism care required.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in patient intake, healthcare operations, or customer service.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong empathy, professionalism, and phone presence.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and data-accurate.
- Flexible to work evenings or weekends as needed.
