Your Role in the Team

Be part of our client's team as an Infrastructure Engineer. You'll design, deploy, and manage IT infrastructures-both on-premises and in the cloud-ensuring secure, reliable, and high-performing systems that support a world-class health and wellness brand.

What You'll Bring to the Team

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent experience
• 3-4 years of senior-level experience supporting and escalating workstation and Office 365 issues

Technical Expertise (Senior-Level Emphasis)

• Advanced experience managing Windows Infrastructure (Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP)
• Senior-level Office 365 administration, including Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Azure AD, AD Connect, Security, and Compliance
• Expertise in Exchange Online, mail flow management, spam filtering, and phishing training
• Strong knowledge of Office 365 security: MFA, Conditional Access, DLP, retention, eDiscovery, incident response
• Proficient in PowerShell scripting for automation and system administration
• Experience with identity management systems (Azure AD, SAML SSO, RBAC)
• Hands-on experience managing virtualized server environments (VMware preferred)
• Knowledge of enterprise-level anti-virus administration (Defender ATP preferred)

Other Required Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Flexible and adaptable in fast-changing environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise or international IT environments
• Proven success implementing new IT systems and solutions
• Experience with Azure administration (security, storage, networking, backups)
• Linux administration and BASH scripting
• Familiarity with compliance standards: PCI-DSS, GDPR, ISO, DLP, retention
• Experience with Microsoft Intune (AutoPilot, configuration, compliance policies)

What You'll Do Every Day

Infrastructure Management

• Design, deploy, and manage the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems
• Administer on-premises and cloud environments to ensure high availability and disaster recovery
• Perform capacity planning and scaling to meet business requirements
• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure for continuous operation and optimal performance
• Ensure all systems have the latest security patches applied to workstations, servers, and applications

System Administration

• Administer Office 365 services, including Licensing, Azure Active Directory, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, and Azure AD Connect
• Manage multi-domain infrastructure such as Windows Servers, Active Directory, and Group Policy
• Oversee mail flow administration, including Exchange Online, mailboxes, and spam filtering
• Monitor Office 365 service health, security status, and alerts
• Enforce enterprise standards for technology architecture, change control, and IT operations governance

Technical Support and Troubleshooting

• Provide Level 3 support for help desk escalation issues
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve system and network-related technical issues
• Investigate reported problems and perform root cause analysis
• Collaborate with third-party vendors and solution providers for maintenance, issue resolution, and root cause analysis

Compliance and Security

• Collaborate with teams to ensure compliance with PCI-DSS, GDPR, ISO, Data Loss Prevention, and Data Retention requirements
• Partner with HR and business leaders to develop implementation, communication, and training strategies that support compliance goals
• Enforce and maintain IT security standards across all environments

Automation and Optimization

• Automate system administration tasks using PowerShell scripts
• Monitor system performance and identify areas for optimization and efficiency improvements
• Configure and implement Azure/Cloud network best practices

Disaster Recovery and Documentation

• Assist in planning, testing, and implementing disaster recovery and backup strategies
• Ensure systems can be quickly restored in case of failure to minimize downtime and data loss
• Maintain thorough documentation of systems, dependencies, and configuration changes

Performance and KPIs

• Adhere to change management best practices and maintain quality control for system and environment changes
• Meet agreed-upon service levels for incident management response and resolution
• Maintain up-to-date system documentation for projects, enhancements, and incident resolutions
