CALL CENTER TRAINER: REMOTE SET-UP

Job Description

  • Facilitate engaging and effective training sessions for trainees
  • Work collaboratively with co-trainers, managers, and other leaders
  • Assess training needs and design plans aligned with business objectives and operational goals
  • Review training materials for effectiveness and develop action plans for improvement
  • Monitor trainee performance, provide coaching and feedback, and ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Maintain accurate training records and reports to track individual progress and overall program effectiveness

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in training or team supervision in any industry
  • Background in teaching or educational instruction
  • BPO industry experience is an advantage
  • Proficient in written and spoken English
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong leadership, teamwork, organizational, and management abilities
  • Skilled in multitasking, task prioritization, and effective time management
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to create strategic solutions
  • Knowledgeable in instructional tools, technologies, and best teaching practices
  • Dedicated to supporting the company's philosophy, mission, and objectives
  • Fast learner and highly proficient with technology
  • Experienced in word-processing and spreadsheet applications (e.g., Google Workspace, MS Office)
  • Proficient in using Zoom and its features effectively

Equipment requirement:

  • Laptop/Desktop: at least core i3 processor and 8 GB RAM
  • Dual screen setup
  • Headset: any A4Tech or Jabra USB-type headset
  • Internet connection: Wired connection minimum of 10 Mbps with back up internet
  • Software: Microsoft Office & PDF reader, Anydesk, Gdrive, Skype, Zoom
