We are seeking a passionate and experienced Recruitment Trainer to join our Wingman Team (CORE) department. As a Recruitment Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to enhance the recruitment skills of our team members.
Your main duties will include conducting training sessions, creating training materials, and providing feedback to help our team members excel in their recruitment efforts.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and training, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others succeed.
Requirements:
- Has 3 to 4 years' experience working for Australian Recruitment Agencies.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop and deliver engaging training programs.
- Demonstrated experience in mentoring and coaching recruitment teams.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the Australian recruitment industry trends.
