About Us:

Systemize Solutions is a UK-based company specializing in housing disrepair claims. We are expanding our operations and looking for experienced, motivated call center agents in the Philippines to join our remote team.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to UK tenants regarding housing disrepair issues.
  • Follow a structured but natural call flow (training provided).
  • Gather information accurately and input into CRM.
  • Transfer qualified leads to our UK case handlers.
  • Meet daily/weekly performance targets.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year call center experience (preferably outbound/lead generation).
  • Experience in legal, claims, or financial campaigns is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent spoken English (neutral/clear accent).
  • Strong listening and rapport-building skills.
  • Reliable internet connection and home-based setup.
  • Ability to work UK business hours (afternoon/evening shifts PH time).

What We Offer:

  • Salary: ₱18,000 per month.
