About Us:
Systemize Solutions is a UK-based company specializing in housing disrepair claims. We are expanding our operations and looking for experienced, motivated call center agents in the Philippines to join our remote team.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to UK tenants regarding housing disrepair issues.
- Follow a structured but natural call flow (training provided).
- Gather information accurately and input into CRM.
- Transfer qualified leads to our UK case handlers.
- Meet daily/weekly performance targets.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year call center experience (preferably outbound/lead generation).
- Experience in legal, claims, or financial campaigns is a strong advantage.
- Excellent spoken English (neutral/clear accent).
- Strong listening and rapport-building skills.
- Reliable internet connection and home-based setup.
- Ability to work UK business hours (afternoon/evening shifts PH time).
What We Offer:
- Salary: ₱18,000 per month.
