About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resource Generalist to join our growing team at global elite developers inc' in Socorro Quezon City Metro Manila. In this fulltime role, you will play a vital part in supporting the overall HR function and contributing to the success of our dynamic organization.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing comprehensive HR support across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and employee relations
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures and best practices to enhance the employee experience
  • Collaborating with managers to understand their HR needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
  • Delivering HR training and workshops to build organisational capability
  • Contributing to strategic HR initiatives and projects that support the organisation's growth and transformation

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of demonstrated experience as a Human Resource Generalist within a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with employees at all levels
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to provide pragmatic HR solutions
  • Proficient in the use of HR information systems and Microsoft Office suite
  • Passionate about employee engagement and committed to creating a positive work culture
