About The Role We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Generalist to provide comprehensive HR support across multiple functions. This role will act as a key resource for first-line managers, assist with employee relations, employee services, oversee on-offboarding, and support various HR initiatives, including employee movements, policy coordination, and data analytics. This position is full onsite (5 days per week in office) and is located in Four/Neo Building, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City. The Team The HR Team at Auctane Philippines Inc. serves across employee relations, talent acquisition, HR operations, talent management, health and welfare benefits, compensation and statutory benefits management, HR services, rewards management, performance management, learning and development, and project management. We work to ensure every aspect of an employee's experience is thoughtfully considered and aligned with the company values. What will you be doing? Generalist HR Support: Serve as the first point of contact for first-line managers, addressing HR-related questions and guiding them on policies and best practices. Employee Relations & Data: Assist in employee relations cases by gathering data, documenting concerns, escalating when necessary, and providing HR data analytics and reporting support. Employee Engagement & Culture: Support HR initiatives and programs that promote engagement, wellness, DEI, culture-building, and organizational development; organize engagement activities and conduct surveys and feedback sessions. Compensation & Benefits: Administer payroll inputs, manage compensation and benefits programs, and handle government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR) including reporting and contributions. Government Statutory Compliance: Ensure compliance with DOLE, BIR, and other regulations; prepare and submit mandatory reports; assist during audits and inspections. Offboarding & Policy Coordination: Own the offboarding process and coordinate updates to the employee handbook to stay aligned with policies and legal requirements. Facilities & Workplace Management: Oversee facilities, supervise service providers, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and coordinate with third-party vendors for facilities-related services. General Services & Administration: Manage vendor contracts, preventive maintenance, office supplies, and employee requests for facilities support. HR Analytics & Reporting: Generate HR metrics and dashboards to support management decisions. Office Hours & Ad Hoc Support: Host HR office hours and manage data-related tasks, audits, and research on industry trends. What are we looking for? Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. 2–4 years of HR Generalist experience with exposure to C&B, government statutory benefits, and compliance. Skills: Strong data management, research, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity. Knowledge: Familiarity with HR policies and Philippine labor laws, government-mandated benefits, and compliance reporting. What will make you stand out?
