- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, including cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
- Managing office supplies, equipment, and other necessary items, including tracking inventory levels, placing orders, and negotiating with external vendors and service providers to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Assisting in the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Compiling data and preparing reports, such as fuel consumption reports or incident reports, for management or other departments.
- Assisting in ensuring compliance with internal company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations in the workplace.
