General Affairs & Office Administration

  • Handle office contracts, purchasing, payments, and coordination with suppliers.
  • Manage office equipment, assets, and inventory.
  • Maintain records, documents, and administrative files.
  • Perform various back-office tasks to support company operations.

Licensing & Compliance

  • Process license acquisition and renewals as required by administrative agencies.
  • Coordinate inquiries and submissions to government offices or regulatory bodies.
  • Draft, update, and maintain company regulations, guidelines, and manuals.

Managerial Support

  • Assist the Japanese Manager with day-to-day administrative needs.
  • Handle visa, work permit, and other government-related processing for expatriates.
  • Arrange bookings for hotels, residences, air tickets, and other travel requirements.

Other Administrative Tasks

  • Provide ad-hoc support related to HR and general affairs as assigned.
  • Ensure smooth communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Administrative or General Affairs work.
  • Willing to work on-site in Makati
  • Experience in visa and work permit processing is a strong advantage.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
