About the Role:

We're looking for a data-driven marketer to plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Facebook, Bing, and other platforms. You'll work closely with creative, SEO, and web teams to hit key performance targets like CTR, ROI, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute paid media campaigns across major digital platforms
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to meet KPIs
  • Prepare regular performance reports with insights and recommendations
  • Research trends and best practices to improve campaign results

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years managing paid ads on Google and Facebook (including Pmax, Search, Shopping)
  • Proficient with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Microsoft Ads
  • Skilled in Google Analytics, Search Console, and Facebook Analytics
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for reporting and analysis
  • Experience with SEMRush or AHREFS a plus
  • E-commerce and Shopify experience desirable but not required
