We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst Assistant to support our finance team with research, data analysis, and reporting. The ideal candidate will assist senior analysts in evaluating financial performance, preparing reports, and providing insights that support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in gathering, organizing, and analyzing financial data from internal systems and external sources
  • Support in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Help develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide variance analysis
  • Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and industry trend analysis
  • Assist in preparing presentations for management, investors, or stakeholders
  • Ensure accuracy of financial data and maintain organized records
  • Collaborate with accounting, operations, and other departments on cross-functional projects
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis and administrative support for senior financial analysts

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • Internship or prior experience in financial analysis, accounting, or business analytics is a plus
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling)
  • Familiarity with financial reporting tools or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Power BI)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication skills (both written and verbal)

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
  • Knowledge of corporate finance, investment analysis, or valuation techniques
  • Familiarity with SQL or data analysis tools is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From Php200.00 per hour
