Performance Marketing Specialist's primary goal will be to drive targeted traffic, increase brand visibility, and maximize conversions for our clients through paid digital channels. You will be responsible for executing, optimizing, and scaling campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, TikTok, and other platforms to deliver measurable results.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
  • Proven expertise in digital marketing, with hands-on experience across PPC, paid social, SEO, and email marketing.
  • In-depth knowledge of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and funnel optimization for scalable growth.
  • Creative mindset for designing compelling ad campaigns and innovative performance marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to clearly share insights, strategies, and results with stakeholders.
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution in fast-paced, results-driven environments.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • Preferably 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Facebook/Meta advertising campaigns and driving both paid and organic reach.
  • Strong knowledge of Meta/Facebook Ads Manager, tools, and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads and TikTok Ads is a plus.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and campaign reporting using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).

Job Type: Part-time
