Role Overview
We're looking for a sharp, hands-on Performance Marketing Lead to take charge of paid media strategy and execution across our growing portfolio of clients.
Reporting to the founder, you'll lead a team of specialists and play a key role in shaping campaign frameworks, performance strategies, and client-facing insights. You'll be responsible for ensuring that every media dollar spent delivers results—while staying ahead of industry trends, tools, and technologies.
This role is ideal for someone who's already had experience running multi-channel campaigns in an agency environment and is ready to take on more ownership, team leadership, and client influence.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the development and execution of paid media strategies across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms
- Lead and mentor a team of performance marketing specialists, setting workflows, campaign playbooks, and optimization standards
- Design and enforce strong campaign structures: targeting logic, bidding strategy, A/B testing, and creative asset integration
- Collaborate with design, analytics, and client servicing teams to drive full-funnel marketing execution Monitor campaign performance across clients, identify opportunities, and implement actionable optimizations
- Communicate performance insights and growth strategies clearly and regularly to internal stakeholders and clients
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, ad platform changes, and automation tools
- Contribute to internal process improvement, knowledge-sharing, and team training
Skills & Qualifications
- 5–7 years of hands-on performance marketing experience, ideally within an agency or consulting environment
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager Proven track record of managing paid campaigns end-to-end with clear performance outcomes
- Experience working directly with clients or account teams to translate business goals into paid media strategies Solid understanding of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and standard tracking practices
- Comfortable managing budgets, reporting on ROI, and building performance dashboards
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to lead small teams and drive results through systems, feedback, and collaboration
Bonus (Good to Have)
- Experience with regional campaigns across SEA, India, or MENA
- Familiarity with server-side tagging, advanced attribution (e.g., data-driven models), and automation tools
- Exposure to lifecycle marketing and CRM-based campaign strategies
- Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Notion, )
