We're hiring a Business Analyst (Market Research) to transform competitor and market data across forex, crypto, and CFDs into insights that guide product and marketing decisions.

What you'll do

  • Track competitors' products, pricing, features, user journeys, and conversion funnels.
  • Analyse trader behaviour and market shifts to spot opportunities and risks.
  • Map and document user flows and client lifecycles to highlight friction or growth points.
  • Turn findings into clear, actionable recommendations for Product and Marketing.
  • Maintain an AI-powered knowledge base (Notion AI, Confluence AI, LLM tools) of research and documentation.
  • Collaborate across Product, UX/UI, and Marketing to ensure insights turn into action.

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • 3+ years as a Business / Market Research Analyst in forex, trading, crypto, or fintech.
  • Proven competitor / market analysis with measurable outcomes.
  • Familiarity with BI dashboards (Power BI, Tableau) and Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
  • Clear, confident English communication.
  • Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, Confluence AI) to produce research documentation.

What We Offer

  • Salary: ₱65,000–₱85,000 per month (depending on experience).
  • Full-time, work-from-home role (Philippines-based only).
  • Structured day shift, Monday–Friday. 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (Philippine time).
  • 13th-month salary, and health insurance (HMO).
