We are looking for a Civil Engineer to join our on-site construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are executed according to structural plans and specifications, and coordinating with various project stakeholders. You will play a key role in ensuring project quality, safety, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities
  • Ensure all works are done in accordance with approved structural plans and specifications
  • Read, interpret, and implement construction drawings and project plans accurately
  • Prepare quantity take-offs and assist in cost estimation based on plans
  • Monitor daily progress and prepare site reports including manpower, equipment, and material usage
  • Coordinate with project managers, foremen, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
  • Assist in resolving on-site technical issues and conflicts
  • Maintain proper documentation and support permit and inspection requirements
  • Attend coordination meetings and relay instructions effectively to the site team

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC)
  • Strong understanding of structural drawings and technical specifications
  • Skilled in quantity estimation and material take-offs
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and other construction-related software
  • Good communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
  • Willing to be assigned on-site and work extended hours if required
